Privacy notice

Who I am

Steponas Kačiulis, France, sole operator (micro-entreprise registration in progress). Contact for anything on this page: steponas.kaciulis@gmail.com.

What data I hold and where it came from

Business contact and public-profile information about creators and small businesses in skilled trades: name, business or channel name, professional email address, public social handles, audience counts, links published in bios, and notes on publicly visible business activity. All of it comes from publicly available sources you published yourself: your website, your YouTube About page, your public link-in-bio pages, public business listings. None of it is bought from data brokers, scraped from behind logins, or inferred.

Why I hold it and on what legal basis

Purpose: business-to-business prospecting, contacting you at most a couple of times about services related to your professional activity. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The contact is relevant to your professional capacity and uses contact details you published for professional contact. You can object at any time with one reply.

How long I keep it

Prospect records are deleted 12 months after collection, or immediately on objection, whichever comes first. A suppression list (email or handle only) is kept indefinitely so an opt-out sticks.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. One email does it. The word delete is enough, no justification needed, honoured within 24 hours and confirmed. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority or to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French authority I answer to.

Who else sees it

Service providers acting as processors: email and hosting providers used to send and store correspondence, and cloud tooling used to organise prospect notes. No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used for automated decision-making.

Minors

This prospecting is business-to-business. Anyone identified as under 18 is excluded from contact as a matter of policy.
